BlackNexa creates a verifiable, time-stamped record documenting a report and the agency or jurisdiction context you select; this does not guarantee that any agency will receive, review, open an investigation into, take enforcement action on, or grant relief for it. All intake and investigative decisions remain strictly under the independent authority of the respective government bodies and oversight entities.

3Your account

Keep your credentials secure and your contact details current. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4Acceptable use

Do not submit knowingly false records, impersonate another person, or use the platform to harass. Fabricated reports damage the credibility every user depends on and will end your access.

5Your content

Your records are yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, seal, and route them as you direct.

6Our intellectual property

The BlackNexa name, mark, and software are protected. Nothing here transfers ownership of them to you.

7Disclaimers and limits of liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party responses, or the absence of a response, to a submitted report.

8Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BlackNexa is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in those courts.
