Delete your BlackNexa account

You can request deletion directly in the BlackNexa mobile app. This option is available to every signed-in member and is not hidden behind a support request.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the BlackNexa app and go to Profile.
  2. Open Settings, then choose Account.
  3. Under “Your data,” choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm the request using your password or a verification code, as applicable.
  5. Choose whether to erase your reports or keep them as anonymised community records.

If you cannot sign in, email support@blacknexa.com with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify the request before deleting an account.

Account, session, and consent records are removed immediately after a confirmed deletion request. Evidence for reports you choose to erase is permanently removed within 30 days. A one-way hash of your email address is retained only to confirm that the deletion occurred.
